Methods of payment
Voedia S.L. offers its customers the possibility to choose between several different payment methods:

Credit card.
If you choose this form of payment you will enter the secure web page of our financial institution, where you will be asked for your card number and expiration date.

Your credit card information is not recorded in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

You can pay for your purchases with your Visa or Master Card.

Terms and conditions of shipment

Voedia S.L. reserves the right to ship orders by the most appropriate means of transport at any time at its discretion.

Delivery terms:

Unless stocks last, orders will be shipped immediately and you will receive the product within 2 to 6 working days.
The delivery times indicated are for guidance only and Voedia S.L. will endeavor to respect them; however, as this is a service offered by third parties, any delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever.

Returns:

The products marketed on the website www.voedia.com do not grant the right of return as they are products and didactic material.
You will only be able to return them if you receive them with any damage and this is shown to the receiving carrier.
To request the return of the product, prior notification to Voedia S.L., it is necessary to contact our team at the following email address: sales@voedia.com; having to return it to our warehouse paid within its original packaging, complete and unused.

In the event that the product has been opened and the customer detects a manufacturing defect or preparation error in the shipment (and only in these cases) Voedia S.L. may authorize by email the return postage due, and must attach a copy of the authorization document in the shipment.

Once the material has been received in our warehouse and checked by our staff, payment will be made, if applicable.

Cacelations:

The order may be cancelled by the customer during the period from the completion of the purchase until shipment. If the package has not left our warehouse, the full amount of the transaction will be refunded. Once the shipment has been made the customer must bear the cost of return. In the case of wanting to cancel the order during the process of shipment and delivery, the customer must not pick up the order for the carrier to send it to origin. Otherwise, the customer, having signed the collection, will be responsible for the costs of returning it.

Purchases made on this website are subject to the regulations in force.
2. Prices and shipping
The prices of the services or products shown in www.voedia.com include 21% VAT.
Orders placed by private individuals from other European Union countries are also accepted.
will include a 21% VAT.

If you belong to a company located in a European Union country, please provide us with your VAT number and we will issue a VAT exempt invoice. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. They are conveniently described on the website and will be paid by the customer.
3.1 These general conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.voedia.com which is made available free of charge to Internet users in order to provide information about its products, services and prices. Access to it implies its acceptance without reservation.
3.2 The viewing, printing and partial downloading of the contents of the website is authorized only and exclusively if it is done with the sole purpose of obtaining the information contained therein for personal and private use. Its use for commercial purposes or for distribution, transformation or public communication is expressly prohibited.
3.3 The entirety of this website (texts, photographs, logos, buttons, files, color combinations, structure and presentation of its contents) is protected by Spanish and international laws on intellectual and industrial property. It is expressly forbidden the total or partial reproduction of this website and any of its contents without the express written permission of Voedia SL.
3.4 Voedia S.L. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer of the website at any time and to keep its content updated without being obliged to ensure a full update.
3.5 Voedia S.L. assumes no liability whatsoever arising from the granting or contents of third party links referred to on the website www.voedia.com, excluding any liability for damages of any kind caused to the user.
4. Obligations of the User and/or Customer
4.1 The user and/or client of www.voedia.com undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the different forms and/or requests for information or purchase.
4.2 In the event of the sale or marketing of products on our website that require the buyer to be of a certain age according to the legislation in force in their country of origin, the buyer declares that it meets this requirement to formalize the purchase.
5. Description of products and services
5.1. Items on display at www.voedia.com will be available for sale while supplies last.
5.2 Offers are duly marked and identified as such. Their period of validity is effective as long as they appear on your screen. Such offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
5.3 The civil liability of www.voedia.com for the products supplied is limited to the amount of the same; the user or consumer waives any liability for any other concept in case of dissatisfaction with the products purchased on this website.
6. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Spain.

Bookstores have a 30% discount on the following books:

English versions of Forbidden Health and Kalcker, the essentials (Kalcker, the essentials).

In order to benefit from this discount, a minimum order of 3 copies of each title must be placed. The discount will be applied to all the books listed above from the third copy onwards.

*Important condition for the purchase of the book KALCKER THE ESSENTIAL (PROTOCOL GUIDE).

The minimum order quantity when ONLY Kalcker Essentials books are purchased, amounts to 10 units. If this condition is not met, the order will not be shipped until a new order is placed with the remaining amount to reach the minimum order. In case of mistake or simply for not wanting 10 units and having made the payment, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

If the order consists of 3 units of another title, you can buy from 3 units of Kalcker Essentials with the discount, without having to buy 10 units.

Freight charges for bookstores are free of charge when 3 units of each title are ordered. Below this amount, shipping costs will be applied.

In order to apply the advantages we offer to bookstores, they must register in our online store and provide a message via e-mail with the user's registration e-mail. Once the user is confirmed, we proceed to configure their account and reply with a message. From that moment on you will have the advantages described above.

If you place an order before we have registered you in the appropriate configuration, discounts will not be applied and shipments will not be free of charge.

Voedia S.L. may modify the General Conditions at any time it deems appropriate.
